Plan Highlights & Booklets

Participating member companies have an array of benefit options to choose from. Among these options are:

Medical – Eleven medical plans are offered through Omnitrade. Options include 9 Preferred Provider Plans (PPO) and two Health Savings Account Plans (HSA), underwritten by Premera Blue Cross.

Dental – Washington Dental Service (WDS) underwrites the dental plan offerings for Omnitrade. Five PPO plans are offered with optional orthodontia riders.

Vision – Vision Service Plan (VSP) underwrites the vision plan offered through Omnitrade. This plan includes an exam, hardware and contact lens benefit.

Basic Life & AD&D – Unum underwrites the group life/AD&D (accidental death & dismemberment) offerings for Omnitrade. Plan options include flat benefit amounts as well as multiples of salary. Customized plan offerings available upon request.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP) – The Wellspring Group manages the EAP plan offerings through Omnitrade. Plan options include both a three and six visit model. Enrollment in the three visit model is required with all Premera medical plans.
